THE DETOX ACTION
Free radical damage induced by pollution and environmental aggressors is one of the reasons for premature skin-aging: it can contribute to wrinkles, decreased elasticity in the skin, and other signs of aging.
Fighting the oxidative stress
This new mask fights against the free radical imbalance by stimulating the skin's natural antioxidant production.
Active ingredients: green tea leaves extract
(used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries for its antioxidant properties)
Recycling oxidized proteins
This new mask works with the skin to enhance the breakdown of damaged proteins, including those harmed by oxidation, and by doing so promotes a revitalized cellular environment.
Active ingredients: a marine microalgae.
THE PURIFYING ACTION
Removing impurities
This new mask uses kaolin, an absorbent clay, excellent for removing surface impurities like excess oil (sebum), dirt … It provides a gentle yet effective cleansing action.
Active ingredients: kaolin.
Cleansing Pores (unclogging)
This new mask uses an innovative natural salicylic acid (BHA) which, thanks to its oil-solubility, penetrates into the pore lining. It loosens pore-clogging buildup and acts as an exfoliant within the pore itself.
Active ingredients: salicylic acid of vegetal
- In the evening, gently apply a thick layer of the mask onto your cleansed face and upper neck, avoiding the eye area.
- Relax and let the mask work its magic for up to 10 minutes.
- Remove the mask with a damp cotton cloth or rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
- Follow with your usual nighttime cream for extra nourishment.
Why use a detoxifying and purifying mask in the evening?
Throughout the day, your skin accumulates various pollutants, dirt, oil, and makeup residue. An evening purifying mask, especially a clay-based one, can effectively draw out these impurities deep within your pores, leaving your skin refreshed.
Cleansing and detoxifying your skin right before your nighttime skincare routine (creams, serums, etc.) enhances the absorption and effectiveness of those products. A clean base allows beneficial ingredients to penetrate better.
While asleep, the skin goes into a natural repair mode. A detox mask applied before bed helps clear your pores and provides an optimal environment for the skin to regenerate and renew itself.
Free radicals, oxidative stress and antioxidants explained
Free radicals are basically unstable molecules in the body: this is due to the fact that they miss an electron.
This makes them very reactive, meaning they're constantly looking to steal an electron from other molecules. While some free radicals are actually beneficial for certain cellular functions, having too many can be harmful.
When free radicals steal electrons from other molecules, they damage those molecules. This damage, called oxidative stress, can have a number of consequences for the health:
- It impairs cell function and contribute to cell death.
- It contributes to the formation of wrinkles, decreased elasticity in the skin, and other signs of aging.
The body has natural defenses against free radicals: the antioxidants. They neutralize free radicals by donating an electron, preventing them from causing damage.
Some examples of antioxidants used in skincare:

The tube and cap are partially made of recycled plastic (50% for the tube and 100% for the cap). They should be disposed of. There is no need to separate the elements (tube from cap).
The paper and cardboard packaging as well as the product leaflet are completely recyclable*.

The proven results
Clinical tests performed by an independent lab on a panel of 35 women aged between 30 and 59 have demonstrated the following results:
- significant increase of skin brightness by +39.2%, 1 hour after its removal
- significant decrease of pores size by -6.8%, 15 minutes after its removal
